本ポリシーは、MUSIC LV.12（以下「当方」といいます）が運営するMUSIC LV.12に適用されます。
2. 取得する情報

3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、依頼内容の確認、返信、見積り、契約手続き、制作・投稿・レポート提供、請求・入金確認、不正利用防止、サービス改善のために利用します。
4. 第三者提供・委託
法令に基づく場合、本人の同意がある場合、または業務遂行に必要な範囲で外部サービス・委託先を利用する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
5. 外部サービス
当方は、お問い合わせフォーム、メール、決済、ホスティング、スパム対策等に外部サービスを利用する場合があります。現在利用している主なサービスは、Formspree、Netlify、Google Fonts、cdnjs（Cloudflare）、PayPal、銀行振込関連サービス、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムです。
6. Cookie・アクセス解析
現時点で、当方は独自のアクセス解析ツールを設置していません。ただし、利用している外部サービスが、表示・フォーム送信・不正利用防止等に必要なCookieや類似技術を使用する場合があります。
7. 広告・アフィリエイトについて

8. 安全管理と保存期間
当方は、個人情報の漏えい、紛失、改ざん、不正アクセスを防ぐため、必要かつ適切な管理に努めます。取得した情報は、お問い合わせ対応、契約・請求・支払い確認、法令対応、業務記録のために必要な期間保存し、不要となった場合は適切に削除します。法令上保存が必要な情報は、当該法令で定められた期間保存します。

本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等の請求があった場合、本人確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。
